In Turkey, in the wonderful region of Isparta, there are many fields overflowing with beautiful pink roses. This unique and special Rosa Damascena contains a lovely ethereal oil.
Every year, during May and June the rose harvest takes place. Every morning by sunrise, people are already in the fields to pick the roses and at the same day, the rose petals are taken to the factories and distilled into roseoil. A fragnant and heart-warming proces.
